What do we think about ?
One of the things that we, as humans, have a tendency to do (especially in our 24x7 media saturated world) is to let all of the negative bad stuff get inside our heads and we have that on our minds constantly.
The apostle Paul tells us in the book of Phillipians that we should fill our minds with just the opposite.
Phillipians 4:8-9
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
